Non-urgent enquiries
Please follow the prompts on our answering machine to leave us a voicemail, or send us an email via this contact page. We will respond as soon as possible during the next business day. When contacting us, kindly include your full name, a brief description of the issue, and your best contact number.
Urgent matters
For urgent dental concerns, please contact a local after-hours dental clinic or attend your nearest hospital for immediate assistance.
Cancellation fee
We require 48 hrs cancellation notice for all appointments. If less than 48 hrs notice is given or patients fail to attend, a $70 fee may be charged.
